About Us

Resolve Technical Solutions is a young and dynamic electrical solutions company with over 30 years industry leading experience. In addition to our General Manager, RTS maintains over 70 directly employed industry professionals including an Operations Manager, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Licensed Tradesmen and Estimators. In addition we employ 19 Apprentices, an Office Manager and a supporting Administration team.

Projects we proudly undertake include a variety of industry applications and end user requirements in the commercial, retail and hospitality, schools and tertiary education, hospitals and medical centres, defence and electrical infrastructure sectors.

Our History

Established in 1987 under Richard Flanagan Contracting, RTS has been built on a reputation for industry excellence, quality workmanship, a customer service focus and strong relationships with our clients and our staff. Throughout our company history we have proudly partnered with both private and public sectors to deliver many of SEQ’s landmark infrastructure projects such as QLD Prisons, Gold Coast University Hospital, Movie World, Westfield Shopping Centres, Bond University as well as various key Defence projects.

Today, RTS draws on a long history of proven industry experience to continue and build on our reputation as an innovative, quality and customer focussed, multi disciplined electrical solutions company. We relish a challenge and are always striving to raise the bar in every part of our business.

Resolve Technical Solutions is committed to both excellence and continual improvement in all areas of our business and work. We strive to foster a culture of teamwork, safety, respect, honesty and enthusiasm throughout the business

We invest heavily in the training and development of employees at every level of the organisation utilising a combination of formal learning channels and on the job training with highly experienced mentors.

From the Director to General Manager and the newest of inducted apprentices, training is a core philosophy of the business as demonstrated through the successful training of over 300 electrical apprentices since 1987.

Zero Injury Rate

Alongside our commitment to continual improvement is our absolute adherence to safe work practices with our outstanding safety management being recognized with OHSAS 18001: 2007 accreditation. Further to this, RTS insists that anyone in our organisation, under our management, in our supply chain, and our clients, support our target of zero injuries.

This is not merely a policy but a minimum requirement placed on the entire organisation as a team, with the protection of plants, property, the environment, and most importantly people, at the forefront of everything we do.

Our focus is to deliver a high quality product and service efficiently and effectively in a safe and environmentally sound manner. RTS safety, quality, environmental and risk management systems are regularly audited and are certified to comply with the following accreditations;

Our Community

We deeply appreciate that involving local industry in our projects benefits the community. Not only that, but the long-term development of the service industry. Many of our projects, for example, the Gold Coast University Hospital and Brisbane Supreme Court, have provided as many as 100 local jobs. We have also completed major rollouts utilising local trades and services in each area along with the project management support of our South East Queensland office.

Where possible, we always purchase goods from local industry and utilise local skills and services to complete our projects.
